Have a very short auto

I have a 4 week old auto flower runtz it’s very short maybe 7 inches an it seems to be growing hairs I grew this last year an it was much taller an later on before this happens any ideas

@Zach7 , Probably just a phenotype nothing to worry about. I’ve got gelato autos going now one is 18in tall and the other is 12in tall both started flowering at the same time. The center one and the one on the right are gelato and lefty is cheese

@Zach7 any type of stress can cause it also. Doesn’t matter if you stressing the plant or the environment

Yep, autos are finicky. Here are a couple of mine that did not grow too well.

Short with no stretch. All clumped up in a wad. Gave me 1 oz

All stretch and no branches. Only one bud, also gave up 1 oz.

But those are not the norm.

How many watts is your light? They look healthy, but the nodes are spaced way apart.

Be honest I’m not sure Im running 2 I put a 3rd one up an I didn’t like what it was doing to the plants I went back to just 2 an they was fine . I think I had my lights to high to start with will that matter
