I purchased some bubblebag dude hash bags from amazon. the ones with the mystery material on the sides and mesh bottoms. I am wondering if these will be ok or if I should return them and get the all mesh ones? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I use the ones with the mesh bottom and canvas sides. They work great. I use the 70 micron bag for making hash.

Mine I just got has a short mesh sidewall at the bottom. Bout an in high. 220 micron for doing dry ice hash.
The other one I got just has it on the bottom only. 165 micron.
Both are no name but the one with the side wall was a bit more money. 40$ vs 20$ for the other.

Been using the old style mystery material bags for years with no issues, I do replace them every couple years though. I imagine that the all mesh ones would drain faster but that only really matters on the 25 micron bag, that’s the only real slow draining bag. I’d just use what you already have and maybe try mesh bags next time as I plan to.

gotcha. Ill give it a spin here soon and see what i can make from it. I dont have the washer machine but i do have a big spoon. 
I was also thinking a big rubber frosting spatual on the end of the drill might do it without causing to much debris.

I just shake mine with dry ice in it. Does a great job.

nice I havent made hash in a very long time! I have quite a bit of material, several large zip lock bags full of nugs and trim and a large grocery bag packed 3/4 full of as well.

I can’t remember what I was reading but the ones with non mesh sides are actually better but I can’t remember why.
I made my first batch this summer
I later learned about dry ice and I definitely recommend the dry ice method.

wow nice job! I do remember I like making hash. was over a decade ago last time. i think it was with coffee filters or something stupid though.

I just spoke to him, he prefers hand rub overall or dry sift, but yeah the bulk is done in a machine now.

Gotta follow all the good steps but in the end dry ice is better.
Bubble bags, lots of ice, a box mixing spoon, one 5 gallon bucket, one 3 gallon bucket, and freeze your trim for 24hr before

You know thats funny? Most videos and guys Ive talked to say to freeze your dope before you screen it? Yet Frenchy Canoli just told me last night that he doesnt freeze it, he says its best not to? Hes apparently a master hash maker? Not sure what to believe now?
