Hey guys, first THC dominant strain grow for me, 2nd grow overall. First run was 50/50 soil/DWC of dominant CBD strains. Worked out ok.
Plant is a OG Kush Auto from Humbolt Seed Company 10 weeks from breaking soil. Not sure when I should start to harvest this one being I’m not sure how the trichomes are suppose to behave. Have quite a bit of cloudy ones, but also still some clear. And now getting more and more amber. Mostly only sugar leaves, but upon reading other posts, is normal. I quadlined her and now getting smaller branches dropping and snapping.
Lemon Gelato X Sour Apple Auto from Humbolt Seed Company as well. These are mostly cloudy now, not much clear. Not much amber as well. But buds seem a bit on the smaller size and pistils are still white. Will I have enough time to harvest her before I get too much amber, ie can I wait or will the ambers just come flooding? Thanks.
The trichs won’t all go amber overnight. Just keep a close eye on things when they get close to where you want them. Check em at lights on every day or something like that. You can disregard the trichs on the sugar leaves. They’ll go amber quicker than the ones on the buds, which are the ones you watch.
