Guess who’s back…… Se7en’s back 😏

I just pull out the main stalk and leave everything as is. No Till growing works. Top dress as needed.

Looking a bit better now, not so sad  so yeah I think was safe to say I probably over watered her

Nutrients come today some time aswell so couple days I’ll give the autos their first feed

Been doing alot of research and video watching on this bio bizz stuff and alot of people highly recommend it, some people saying it’s the best organic nutrient line on the market :clap:t2: So hopefully it lives up to that

Is it too late to defoliate some more off these autos?

I don’t (haven’t yet) grow autos. But if they were photos, I’d be removing any big fans that are blocking light to bud sites.

I defoliate through the flowering stretch.

On autos aswell?

Doesn’t it stress autos out a little defoliating them especially in flower?

I’m not an auto grower. @Nicky: have comments?

I defol from about 5 weeks through the grow.

I do both Autos and Photos defoliation. I am very selective what I will take off my Autos. Because of their unique time frame.

Would it be too late defoliate some of these fans on these mean ladies?

Both autos about the same level of flower (two on the right)

I defol throughout the grow – from about wk 5 on. You can always tuck leaves if you don’t want to cut them. I can never get them to stay where I tuck them. Makes me crazy.

That’s the exact problem I’m having! I tuck loads then couple hours later they’re back out again  little devils! I’ll take some off I think today

If they were my plants, which they are not, I would be cutting.

Once we can see the flowers starting to form, when they are that point the flowers look like little clovers I defoilate and lollipop.
Maybe Lolipop first, wait 3 days then defoilate if your concerned but autos can take the stress if defoilation and lollipoping because it’s temporary.

Defoilate slightly earlier than this stage.

Heavily… Remove anything below canopy level and ensure to Lolipop first to save time. Most thin break off branches and lower branches will never amount to anything decent. Instead remove them early to allow the plants energy to be given to the flowers that will matter.

4 weeks later or a bit after another defoilation will be needed, remove all fan leafs at this point. Buds need light to swell. The sugar leafs produce enough photosynthesis to continue to provide energy.

Thank you! @Nicky this is the stage in at, in probably not going to lollipop as I’ve never done that  but just defoliate some fan leaves will she be okay at this stage? And if so, also get rid of the lower crappy sites that won’t mount to much right?

This is the entire plant

To early.

Lolipop is part of defoilation really.

It’s as easy as taking a step back, looking at where the canopy level is drawing a horizontal line at that canopy level. Then remove everything below.

Not enough light reaches this lower level.

Then look inside the plant and follow the main branches, ship off any small shoots. Small shoots are basically sucker branches, they don’t have enough girth to provide enough nutrients to produce bud.
The whole goal is to remove anything that won’t be viable come the end, early in the flower stage to allow that energy and nutrients go elsewhere.

While in veg state all green biomass helps build bigger roots and a bigger stronger plant. So we don’t defoilate in veg.

Your most welcome

Okay, thank you so much @Nicky, what would happen if I defoliated some now would it stunt her? She is so so bushy there’s no light getting anywhere underneath the canopy even with LST  and alot of undergrowth is dying and looking very sad?

Because I got a bit carried away before you could reply :man_facepalming:t3::face_with_hand_over_mouth: hope I haven’t just wrecked her!
