LED strip lights would be my best guess.
@Newt uses strip LEDs and said he loves them. @Cap_Ron does as well. As far as brand and wattage Iād have to do some research.
I definitely need to invest in some. Larf seems to be frowned upon. I grow for my family so they get what I give them and never complain about anything. I was using my larf to make hash but only getting a few grams to an ounce doesnāt seem worth it. Iād rather give my family an ounce of larf

I do the same thing. I grow for them and they always appreciate it.
I do enjoy making my dry ice hash. Though, i only use my trim to make it. My last grow i harvested 34 ounces of flower and 45 grams of very nice keif. I use it for bowl sprinkles sometimes but mostly its used for edibles.
3 grams of keif to a stick of clarified butter makes for incredibly potent brownies.
Yes they do! Both of my kids are in their mid-30s and my two sisters are in their 70s and they all have anxiety stress issues and the weed is their medicine. Show me how are the other Iām the only Sane person in my family. I donāt even smoke believe it or not

I was looking at their light fixtures last night.
Most seem too heavy with ppfd in the middle I guess to get the corners numbers up itās way higher than I could use even at 18ā and my headspace tends to be at a premium with some plants filling it up up.
At least thatās what I came away with after looking at them and charts.
I might need to grab some of these as their 45w for a set of 4 with a controller.
Did you need to buy extensions for power based on your placement?

No. They came with everything needed. And with these, the corner drop-off is compensated for.
Wrapping up Week 7 of Flower here we have the *Chemdawg midget" approaching the end. Sheās incredibly dank all of her hairs have turned brick red her buds are not quite dense but theyāre not larf. Typically after the dry and cure then buds will be nice and hard.
(Sheās theoretically in week 8 or 9 a flower because she started in week 2 of veg) but weāll continue to call it week 7 just to give her trichomes a couple of extra weeks

Thank you @PhatPat itās become a highly demanded item from my family members. Unfortunately, so time consuming by the time I find a little time to start Iām all out of larfy buds. I just donāt have good success poking the skewer through dence buds without them falling apart so I donāt even try unless I have fresh larf bud which it looks like Iām going to get a fair amount of it with these two green cracks.
My oldest son took one to a New Yearās Eve party last year with eight people on the deck they couldnāt finish one. Made from a batch of White widow.

I remember my sister getting one back in 79 before a Van Halen concert and the gentleman said it was made with opium. That had to be incredible !
