So I planted my seedling (thecosmicseed)
It’s only been three days now
I germinated it like the video showed me
Everything went well with that
But I need to know do I use the grow light
Before it sprout out? Or no?

You can, but I usually just set it in a warm spot until it breaks ground, then I use the grow light.

You can use the grow light before it sprouts if you choose. Gravity, and light will give it the proper direction to grow.
What kind of grow light do you have?

As soon as my seeds crack they go in dirt under 24 hr light.

Are you saying that when you put it into soil it had already tailed?
Seed cracked and sprouted and that has been in soil 3 days?
Once covered by soil turn the light on as the soil protects it from light but when it does come up it will need that light right away.
It should be up anytime now if it did tail when you put in soil.
Don’t overwater her in the beginning or it will die

I like to run my lights 24 hours when the seeds come out of the pot,just a few hours of darkness is enough to cause stretching… it’s just one of the beautiful benefits of growing indoors in a controlled environment!
