Gorilla Glue at 61 days of flowering

Ok my GG4 is in 61 days of flowering. Looking thru my loupe there are no amber or cloudy trichomes on my buds. FYI this is a outdoor grow in 20 gallon pots. My leaves are staring to turn yellow but the buds are big and really dense. This plants was planted May 1st and I live in Charlotte, n.c. Should I wait a little longer.

Are the pistils turning brown yet? If so how much?
You’re looking for 85% before you start looking at trichomes.

Nice looking plant. Like @Covertgrower said pistils first, then trichs.

I would say just about all pistils are brown.

If all pistils are brown, then I would say you can chop at any time. This is only from your description, not judgment from photos.

Can you get a picture of an upper bud? (Is you ladder tall enough?) :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Here is the best picture I could get. I was just looking for a few amber and I was going to cut her down.

Looks definitely ready to me.

this is my first, I have a Girl Scout sitting right next to this one but she is a late arrival and all her pistils are still white, but she is so more sticky and smells like a pine tree. Thanks for the advice.

She looks to me like she is ready from that picture.

Is your GSC an auto? If so, they flower quick outside. I just chopped this not an hour ago. Other shots are from a few days ago…

That’s a freaking monster btw! Happy growing!!!

Mine ain’t ready on the gulf coast. I’m gonna let it ride to about third week of October

mine is just a feminized but let me tell you she is 8’ tall. I planted it May 1st and she is nasty sticky, more sticky than the gorilla glue but she’s got a couple more weeks and this plant does not have no yellow leaves at all. smells like a pine cone.
