Check out my journal if ya want it covers both of my GL grows… You know what I’ve grown it 3 times not 2… Last harvest was a GL clone i forgot about. Regardless it’s a great smoke. I harvest all cloudy maybe 20% amber and I love the buzz… energetic buzz still accomplish tasks and not down for the count. Definitely creative get shit done smoke is what I call it.

Exciting times… Your gonna start flush here shortly I gather. Are you gonna give her 2 days of dark before harvest? They look delicious partner.

Yup. These girls are going crazy in the dark.

Early in this Gold Leaf grow… 5 weeks since germination. Going to veg and train it until it fills out before flipping the light schedule. All your pictures are getting me very excited! But I still have a long way to go :weary:

Beautiful plant! I’m about to flip lights to 12/12. How long have you been in flower?

Today will be 54 days. Right on target with breeders guide. I started counting the days When I started seeing early stages of flowering not when I flipped to 12/12. There was about 9-days between flip and seeing early stages of flowering.

So by the time you cut her down it will be 70 to 80 days since light change… 10 or 11 weeks sounds right on. I’m already looking forward to this harvest!

Yes about 10 weeks. I have two almost identical Plan on hanging both same day.

I’ve done 3 runs with GL…1 outside
Two were chopped at 9 weeks pretty much… I did chop one at 10 to see if there was a difference…nahhhh that I could tell…lol

Thanks Good to hear from you ! Been hanging for 6 days now. At 68 degrees at 48 humidity I check everyday. I think two more days. I’ll be ready to jar. The buds are very dense. I actually enjoy the hand trimming.

Do you wet trim or dry the whole plant and trim later?

I take most of the big Leafs off. And then let it dry and do the final Trim afterwards. I feel like if I take all the Leafs off it will dry too fast. And end up with that Hay smell. Another one of those things that i just
do what works for me.

Every one of my gold leaf plant For the exception of one or two all was real stringy Thin branches. The buds very Leafy. I grew about 10 of them and I was very dissatisfied. I used Deepwater culture on some and coco perlite on others. To start off I went with a 400 W high-pressure sodium 18 and six and then once they were 7 to 8 weeks old I placed them and the flowering stage under 1000 W high-pressure sodium. I got great huge bud never could get a great taste even after a flush and 3 to 4 weeks of cure time. I had a lot of compliments on how strong the high was but I am growing others right now and I’m really liking how they’re turning out. I sent pictures of both goldleaf mostly. The last Two of my Picture Is white widow .I have a few plants going that are three weeks old which are bubble bomb Maui Wowie and purple skunk crossed, Amnesia,Sour diesel And Cinderella 99.Hope this helped do you have anymore questions I’ll try and answer the best I can.

Thanks to all for the feedback! Very helpful…
I have about 5 more weeks of flower on my Gold Leaf… I topped it once and trained. This single plant filled my 3ft by 4ft grow room and I’ve kept it to 30 inches tall. I have 45 cola with support wires… I hope to get close to a lb from this baby!
Thanks again to all!
