Going on 9th week autoflowers

First time newbie here I am on my 8th week Auto flowers blueberry and Northern lights.
I have many plants they are not going to be pulled at the same time it looks like even though they were planted at the same time is this correct???
Some could have matured a little quicker it looks like to this newbie. some may still be not as matures others.
I will be posting up pictures on each one soon under the microscope.
Also I hear conflicting some say rip it out of the soil some say cut it at the bottom.
I can’t wait for the next week or two cuz I feel this is ready almost
Thank you again everybody hopefully everybody’s having a great day

The plant will tell you when it’s done by the trichs and when most of the hairs have turned dark and start to recede. Most importantly observe the trichs like to you said you were going to do. Genetics of the plants will be the reason some are done before the others even though they were started at the same time. Just chop the plant at the base don’t take the roots. If you are basing your time line for the plants to be “done” based off the genetics recommendations it can take longer. Those recommendations are based off optimal grow conditions. Here is a trichome chart for you to decide when you want to harvest. It’s all on personal preference.

U will know when there ready to harvest the trichomes will be cloudy with amber ones but again this depends on what sort of high ur looking for if you harvest when the trichomes are cloudy thats when the THC is at its peak if you want couch lock wait until mostly amber

It’s not unusually that all your plants mature and finish at different times particularly if they’re different strains, I cut them at the bottom , wash them in peroxide water, rinse them, fan dry 2 hours, then hang the whole thing in my dry room

That looks awesome. On a bath so you saturate your plant with a hydroperoxide mixture like spray it down. I have a wedryer XL I was going to stop reading up on that I thought I was on the 8th week I’m on the 9th week I work too much.
When I come back from the grocery store I’m going to go in my room and get better pics.
That’s what I thought never harvest at the same time my father had a small Portuguese half an acre farm so it was the same thing on that.
I’m so excited like a kid at a candy store
Thank you everybody for your insights this early morning

You can but most of us just dunk them in a tote or trash can but if you re just doing 1 plant you can just splash it in a bath tub

@GreenSnek How long do you expect that plant to take to dry? …and do you see a big difference in drying that way -vs- separate branches… Thanks!
@Bawstan_boi Boa Sorte :cowboy_hat_face:…Yes its very rewarding to grow and smoke you own !!

So if I have a 20 gallon container I can do like 1% hydro peroxide and dunk the whole plant in there for like 1 minute or whatever time you tell me and then let them dry with a fan.
Curious mind want to know that’s mine thank you
Also I have more than one plant I have many many many many many many lol 6

Why do u wash them if u are growing indoors for not unless you had pm on ur plant

This is the best and easiest washing method…

It’s an optional step many growers take.

Aha ok i didnt know that

I washed my last indoor plant. First time I had ever done it. I’m sold. Even indoors you get dust, human skin, pet fur if you have them, all kinds of stuff you can’t believe. My wash bucket was quite dirty. Look up 3 bucket wash. You use baking soda and lemon juice in the wash bucket. The buds look much better after wash, and are way smoother to smoke.

I prefer doing it full plant it allows it to go a Lil longer which is better for overall terp profile

You would be amazed at how filthy your place is. You can’t see it all with the naked eye.
Pet fur, animal dead skin, human hair, dead dry skin, dust, stuff you drag in with your feet, fly fecal matter and so much more.

I don’t bud wash but I can see why an Indoor grower would want to.

I may have to try it and see how it goes

@GreenSnek Got it!! I understand the concept and will try it out…Ive done the last two branch by branch cause its kinda big and cumbersome trying to do th whole plant but I can definitely see how doing the whole plant would increase terpenes…Maybe Ill give it a try… @Dexterado Cool set up I saw those hanger on Amazon and thought what a good idea…Ive been doing the clothes line/pins. @MrPeat YES there’s a lot more outdoors so yes I am a fan and DO wash all mine from now on…I just never knew one did it or that you can do that to weed…I thought it may wash the Trichs off…It doesn’t… what washing does show you …Is that you see all the crap that washes off…Especially outdoors and your like Ewww…I was smoking that before…YUK!

My question is I feel some of these are ready and some may need a couple of more days even though they were all planted at the same time. Am I correct on this assessment??? Also any recommendations on how to do everything properly I’ve read up on everything I’m definitely going to do a quick dip and rinse wash. Also I just wanted the plants for the last 24 hours just water made sure there was a good amount of runoff on the ones I think that are getting plucked today. Any insight for this newbie first time pull thank you
