Starting week 7 if veg. Im currently trying to get some stretch before i flip as i would like to try something different this time. Really want to clean up all the under stuff and get really good flower size this time. I think im doing a good job with lst . This is the first time ive gotten this many tops. I one of the has 26 tops. Now i want bigger buds and no larf. My ligh is currently at the top of my tent id say 4 plust feet above girls. If i dont get the stretch i want is it ok to flip them and then clean all under canopy stuff or will is that too much stress in early flower well pre flower. As if i have to go that route it would done with i. The first 2 weeks of flower. Unfortunately right now i cant get under them .

The stretch will start during the transition to flower Growmie after the the light change to 12/12. Around 7-10 days after the flip the stretch will start

Copy that . So i reckon it will be safe to clean under canopy during first 2 weeks of flower?

You can clean her up now or wait. Personally I do the defoliation and flip the light on the same day

I am diff than OG. I clean AFTER stretch. No right or wrong on this 1. A choice thing. Your light is too high if want vertical growth during veg. 50% will have them reachmore.
