No it is a full spectrum nutrient dry ammendment. Good soil and it is all you need start to finish normally.

I just started a Gaia Green Auto Flower grow in FF Ocean Forrest. And will use Recharge every 7 to 10 days with it and epson salt if needed. Theres something to be said for these simple organic grows.

Thegreensunshineco dot you know what is the company I buy my nutrients from and they have instructions on how to use it but cooking soil is a weird name for simply mixing up your soil mix and watering it then (cooking it) keeping it moist for two to six weeks, this time is to allow the fungi and bacterias to build their colony (food web) and start breaking down the organic material turning it into usable food for your plants balance the ph and get ready for planting

I did not @Mercury50 let it cook. I did use fishshits with the water. 5 ml per gallon.
Coast of main also sells top dress for the Stonington blend. Which they say water only until you see the feed chart. With that said, I went from seed to harvest in coast of main using the fishshit only. Iāll look for a pic

That is Waikiki Queen. A photo, my first. I was helping a buddy out but it was in Fall/winter with this grow. Iām in side covert grower. Struggling to keep heat and humidity up in the dark period. But that was the above mentioned I used.

Any brand you buy. Just ammend it and let it cook again. Meeasy just leaves the roots in when cooking again. They dissolve.
