Fox farm tiger boom

I’ve got 2 ilgm Super Skunk Autos at 30 days in ff happy frog, very healthy and in pre flower of flower, haven’t added any nutes so far, with buds coming soon I’m considering starting some flower nutes , I have on hand a small amount of big grow, a entire bottle of tiger bloom.
I’m just looking for some guideance in applying these.

Apply at 50%strength or at a quarter strength and build your way up would be a cautious way to go i use ff nutrients and have good results using it this way

Wait on adding bloom nutes until you see pistils. Your plants are still in the veg stage and with autos you never know when they will start blooming and your plants don’t need them until they flower.

They will not induce flowering either.

I am seeing some pistols, small as they are, I do lean to minimum nutes, thinking of waiting a CPL weeks, I know what it is, I really haven’t done much training, no pruning pluking or anything and I’m concerned I won’t get the amount of colas or weight I’m wanting…2 oz per plant, first time auto grow, but do feel I should wait, I’d rather fall short than to kill them.

2 oz is not an unreasonable goal with no training. For autos, they should be topped and trained early in the grow. Its really to late now if they are getting ready to flower.

You wanna continue with grow nutes with some bloom nutes until the stretch is over. That’s how I grow and end up with monster size autos

Hey@ HornHead , I’m not using any nutes at all now except what’s in the ffhf, are you saying during strech to feed big grow and tiger bloom simultaneously?

I don’t use foxfarms. I use general hydroponic flora trio micro grow bloom and you use all three at all stages, just different amount at different times. I stick to the vegg schedule but add more bloom then it calls for until stretch is over then go full bloom

Well I’ll definitely be looking into the ff schedule to see my amounts , I wonder if nutes schedules are the same for photos and Autos, thanks for the advice @HornHead, I appreciate it.:v:

Go to growweedeasy and look up the foxfarms there.

You should be fine to use big grow and tiger bloom. Ease into it. Maybe 1/2 of general feeding the first time and see how your plant responds. If all goes well increase to full general feeding. Stay with big grow until stretch is over. I feed only once a week. My first grow I used ff as directed, heavy feeding, and ended up having some nute burn.

Thanks for your suggestions, @ HornHead @shindig153 I gave them there first nutes feeding today , 1.5 tsp ffgb/ gallon PhD 6.5, I think they’ll handle it well seems the ffbg is fairly mild compared to the tb , but I have read several other articles on using the gb during strech, so that’s where I’m going. Only gonna feed once a week, sure don’t have much adjustment time on these Autos
I am needing a advice when to start the tiger bloom, I should be into full flower by the end of the week, I’ve also raised my lights back up CPL inches after noticing little light burn on tops.
How long g does the strech go for with Autos , is it about 3 weeks like photos ?
Thanks all

I read that @blackthumbbetty sticks with veg nutes for the first couple of weeks in flower to account for the stretch and then start with bloom nutes with good results. I haven’t tried that yet but will be.
