Any one knows what these are? And how i can get rid of them?

Let’s try @Lacewing. One of the resident bug experts.
Fungus Gnat, easy kill but in 2 parts, BTI(dunks/bits) for larvae and yellow sticky’s or patience for flyers. Gotta interrupt their life cycle to be rid of them.
If so like @Pet_de_Chien said mosquito bits and yellow stickies I actually think the new black stickies are better… this is a copy paste from my notes that I wrote up because I grow in living soil and have a constant battle going on the gnat bastards
copy paste
I treated my plants three times, once every three days and i will do it again in a week, this always seems to get rid of them for the rest of the grow if you have stubborn ones it doesn’t hurt to continue treating them weekly or better bye weekly… remember b juice doesn’t kill the eggs or adult only the larva, so you will either have to wait out the adults they’ll die in about a week or use the yellow or black stickies…
I’ve noticed the black sticky traps work better than the yellow
Bit juice = 5 gallons of 85°f water, mix in 1 cup mosquito bits, let it sit for a minimum of 2 hours (I like overnight) use at least 1 quart of water per plant making sure to wet the whole top about an inch deep… it doesn’t hurt to completely water your plants with the mix but gnats only live in the top inch of the soil
Looks like fungus nats
Yep they’re the same thing as bits, but I don’t know how much of those you’ll need for a bucket I’d probably cut one in half and try it. It’s the chemical that is on them that you need in the water. Again I’ve never used the dunks
Def appears to be a fungus gnat. Don’t let the top layer of the medium dry out too much. Use a sprayer and keep the top layer moist not soaked. If the top inch stays wet or moist it should stop the gnats from hatching and becoming flyers. Diatemascious earth works well also as long as the bug crawls thru the powder lol
Fungus Gnats. Little PITA"S Get Neem oil soak the soil ,I havr a convention of them
They were everywhere! Used neem oil Gone!
I used the dunks, 1/4 chunk 24hrs or longer in milk jugs of water
