Day 30 of flower, I saw what looked like an open pollen sac on the floor of my tent, after looking at it, there were definitely more pollen sacs. I removed it, but didn’t have time to put a bag over it first, because my light was about to shut off. Most of them weren’t open yet, but I think a few were open. What are the chances it pollinated my other plant?
Your other plant is pollinated, knocked up like a cheerleader after homecoming. One or two sacs will pollinate a whole room full of plants.
If they were open and fans were blowing…you will likely have some seeds. One male flower can produce 350,000 pollen grains.
Are there any visual signs I can look for to tell if it was pollinated, or do I gotta wait to see if seeds develop? The pistils are still all white, and from what I heard, the tips will turn brown if it’s been pollinated?
I first noticed what looked like a nanner on the floor of my tent like a week ago. I looked to see if I saw any sacs, and I couldn’t see anything, so I didn’t pay it any attention. All this pistils on my other plant are still all white, how will I know if it’s been pollinated?
Pistols that have been pollinated with turn orange early . I don’t know the timing of the pollen dropping and how many weeks of flower were there?
I’m on day 30 of flower. I found a nanner on the floor like a week ago, and none of the pistils have turned orange yet on my other plant. These sacs were very hard to spot, as they were growing right along with the flowers, and the flowers were getting pretty big. The plant was close to my exhaust fan, so i’m hoping that sucked out most of any pollen that might have been released.
A nanner does not produce as much pollen as a full on male flower, but will still cause some seeds.
Thanks. I’m wondering if I should just scrap it and start over.
Preference. I smoked a lot of weed with seeds in it back on the 70s and 80s
