Let’s start with the reply box. What are those icon at the top and what do they do? First Icon: The M↓ / A : If you are on the M↓, you are in the “Standard Markdown Editor”. Which is the way we’ve always worked with usually… You get the preview pane (or the option for it on the phone) [1] If you are on the A, you are in the “new Rich Text editor”.
