Yes it could just put your light schedule right and it gone a go back in vegetative stage. The cavalery will show soon and give more accurat info. How long it have been in a wrong schedule and begin to flower ?

Yeah, you just need to switch your lights back to either 18/6 or if you want 20/4. I run 18/6 just in my opinion.
