First transplant timing

First time transplanting, the plan is 1 or 2 days then put them in 5 gallon fabric pots. They are 2 weeks old, photoperiod Starfighter/goop. Soil is Bio-All, no nutes as of now, planing to start those a couple/few weeks after transplanting. Does my plan sound right-ish?

Thank you, Growmies, I have another grow journal started titled Starfighter. Last harvest was very low yeild, very well dried, very tasty and stinky buds. If I can get the last half to go as well as the first half and my drying, I’d have something. :crossed_fingers:

I gave them about 1/4 gallon of water after transplanting. Around the outside of the root ball area. I hope this was right. I feel nervous

I think they are perking up.

And my last photo compared to these two at 15 days.

I would say the transplant was good, I gave them some compost tea yesterday.

Yeah look like they wiggling their toes aka roots and loving the extra space to stretch. :joy:

Thinking about training soon

Cutting the bottom 4 nodes and adding 90° clips

Is it time or should I stay patient

I meant only the bottom 2 nodes, 4 branches.

Not sure about when or where to begin defoliation. Think I should wait until a few days before flipping to flower.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

There are different styles and methods of growing, each can be successful.

I don’t see anything that I would be compelled to remove. Many would start tucking leaves or removing leaves. I just let them grow unless there is an issue with air flow or mold. :vulcan_salute: :man_mage:

Your plants appear to be healthy and growing well.

Thank you sir, I have begun tucking, but have stressed plants in the past removing too much foliage too early. I turn my humidifier down to 50% rh, as I read starfighters like lower humidity. Looking to flip at about 24"-ish.
