First timer that would love some help

Hey there I’m a first timer and chose autoflower as my go to thinking it’d be easy but realized down the road that they’re very delicate which is ok because I love reading and learning and so far think I have learned from them and trying to keep them happy. If anyone would like to follow my journey and help me I’d be so grateful! So the first 2 pictures are a week ago with old lights and I new I needed more than 200 watts so bought a new light the third picture is where I’m at now which is week 5. I’m sure I’ve stunted them some but they definitely doubled since I put the new light in and they’re transitioning into flower now.
I’m using:
•Started with happy frog then mixed with ocean forest once they got older
•Been using general hydroponics trio every other watering 1 tsp of each
In a 4x4x8 tent.

I don’t think they’re stunted. Some of them autos are just short thick girls… meow. Thats how I like em.

@OldNailPounder @SausageMahoney thankyou! I’m just worried that I stunted with low wattage lights at first compared to my tent size. They definitely doubled after different light and when they started early flower! I’ve seen some people against defoliation and I lst 3 of the 4 and they got bushy as you can see. I’m guessing since I’m a beginner I should leave it be? I just want to make sure everything gets enough light.

You can veg on lower wattage. Should be okay.

Definitely just keep doing what you’re doing. Don’t worry about defoliating until about the 3rd week in FULL flower. They are really not in full flower until they have a good hedgehog on top.

@OldNailPounder @SausageMahoney since I’m just in transition phase to flower is it alright to have my humidity at 45%? I was keeping it 65% but just took out my humidifier since it’s turning now

I like mine on the humid side. I’ll run close to 80% until the buds get really big and I start to worry about rot. But different strains can like lower humidity as well.
Try to look on the breeders website and see if they give a recommendation.

I also have some questions on my leaves once I get home I will take pictures but like one or two leaves have tiny slits in them like they’ve been cut with a knife. Doesn’t look like something a bug would do to much on them and it doesn’t seem to have bothered the plant and hasn’t happened since. I keep a little jumping spider around he eats whatever bugs that do get in haha

Okay I’ll throw the humidifier back in then!

So no need to worry about rot until buds get larger, got it

@OldNailPounder @SausageMahoney so this is on only a leaf of 2 plants I know it probably isn’t going to hurt it and haven’t seen anymore since but was just wondering what would cause this for further reference.

Shoot, aint no telling. Anomalies like this raise my eye but if the plant looks overall healthy, I dont worry.

It probably got folded up on another leaf or stem as it was developing. I agree. Nothing to worry about.

@OldNailPounder @SausageMahoney is it normal for new growth that’s coming out to be twisted at the tips?

Yes it is.
