First time real grow it is about 5 weeks old, I dont know if this is the purple kush auto seed or a bag seed since I germinated them at the same time. I dont know what I’m look for or at really and could use some advice and tips, I am running a cheap ebay “1000” watt red blue white led grow light with some regular led bulbs as supplement until my other light gets here, it’s in a 5 gallon container with two other smaller plants that are of the same age, generic potting soil mixed with a super soil mix. I fed with osmocoat slow release 15 9 12 with micronutrients once mixed into soil at the beginning of the grow, in a 2’x4’ closet with heat exhaust and a 9 inch fan blowing indirectly onto the plants, I have been doing some lst and accidentally topped tth big one a few days ago. Soil ph is at 6.3-6.5 water going in is 7 and coming out is 6.5-6.7.

Thanks, I freaked a lot when I accidentally topped it but she sprang back pretty quickly.
Yeah they spring back fairly quickly. There is a learning curve to it but it’s all trial and error to fig out what works for you. At the end of the day that’s what matters.
I’m already saving up for a dwc setup I dont know if I should be going that route, considering that my first grow is not even done.
I have a DWC setup but haven’t hooked it up yet. I’ve got harvest first week of October and I started a thread called “seed selection journal” I will be using the tent for them so my DWC will be January now.
I will check it out and might follow along.
Decided to add some photos, ok so the soul I started in had a very high ph and i didn’t catch it for a couple of weeks. This was August12th.
In the future I I would try to avoid putting multiple plants into same container. If you run into issues with a specific plant it’s more difficult to that plant the care it needs without doing same to others. Using time release nutrients can be a little more difficult too.
Took the time release thing out my mouth osmocote is more of an ornamental type fertilizer that never really fruit they just make colors and need same nutes whole life… apposed to fruiting and flowering. Plants that have a switch in demand and I fcb you have a co stent supply that. You can’t controll your levels of certain elements can build up as your plant is using alot lies nitrogen when in dlower bit not none so it needs to be in the formulation but at a different ratio at different times of life

I’ve been considering pulling the other 2 smaller ones or at least the smallest one, but they just keep getting bigger and impressing me more, that and like I said I had one fem purple kush seed and the other 2 were bag seed, and I have an idea which one is the auto, but I would hate if it were one of the ones I pulled and the big one turns out to be male. I am finding that out with the nutrients, but I didnt have the money to buy liquid at the time, I figure with the small amount (1/4 strength) that I put in the soil will be sufficient until flowering, and then I’ll use a liquid bloom booster. Thanks for the tips, I will take all that I can.

This was this morning September 23, they are about a month and a half from sprout. I have them in a 2x4 closet that had around 4 foot to the light, how long should I let these guys go before switching them, I know one is an autoflower but is it going to be too crowded if I let them go too long?
