Trying this outside my first grow. First group has nine seedlings, one that’s a little weak but growing. About whether during thunderstorms or heavy rain should I try to move them into the shed? During one weather system… three seeeding were beat up some so I used little stakes so their stems weren’t in contact with the soil. I’m just protective and hate to lose any to thunderstorms
Thanks
until they get stronger you may want to do this when you have severe wind or build a wind block of some kind… I saw one person put his plants near the fence and then built a frame and put window screen over the frame and leaned it against the fence…this helped with heavy sun but also filters the wind down
Welcome to the community! Got any pics???
hey @Aquaman, I’m also a wny first timer, the weather has been tough lately… I’ve been placing mine under a tree during the storms to lessen the beating from the rain. And I put something next to them to cut down the wind. Other than that they’ve been loving being in the full sun all day. I’m about a month in…
High,
Welcome to the best place to learn how to grow and harvest… these people know what to do listen and you will learn a lot. I use little wood dowels and tie them up until they can hold themselves up. I also use a fan to get them used to the outdoors before they go out. Anything to strengthen them is acceptable in my book. Post some
Happy growin,
Ger
They look great, I’m in about a month and don’t have nearly the leaves you do
