Not sure what’s going on with this girl
All the other plants look very happy and are perked up, one even “praying” to the light.
It IS close to night time for the plants, and they tend to “sleep” or droop down a little bit, but today this one is dropping since I woke up, looks sad.
Any idea what’s going on?
I did add fresh 5.8 ph’d water to bring the water level up earlier back up to 1.5 inches below the net pot.
@peachfuzz @dbrn32 @Covertgrower
Probably just time to go to sleep.
They usually dont droop till about an hour or a bit less after lights off.
The plants do know theyre light schedules though right?
It could just be getting ready for rest when lights turn off in 15 minutes?
There are like 4 leaves there, hard to say there’s an issue or diagnose based on angle leaves are sitting. They look alright to me anyway. Seems like 90% of issues with hydro systems can usually be from a handful of things. Ph, ppm, water level, water temp, and oxygen. If you check those things and everything is good, I wouldn’t be too concerned.
Nothing I can see looks concerning to me…
Thank you guys for all the help @peachfuzz @dbrn32 @Covertgrower . Just a worried plant dad that likes to micro manage. I always feel hesitant to ask when I notice stuff like this worried it’s annoying.
I need to learn to sit back relax and let the plants do the growing
The only thing worse than that is doing nothing at all, and sometimes that’s not as bad lol. Roll a doob and chill, you’re in good shape.
I’ll go get you a pic of my girls in vegg and I haven’t paid any attention to them other then topping up every now and then and nutrients if I can remember…
They will grow…
They can take alot of abuse and neglect…
Here’s some pics of the girls…
Going to take clones and push them through …
Will get outside flowering plant’s in a pic also…
If wanted…
Have to update my thread…
And they are under 6400 Kelvin cfls…

Still growing like a mug…

Would love to see more pictures haha I love this stuff.
Photo update.
I think my plants are showing signs of possible heat stress?
It’s been extremely hot in my area and my apartment doesn’t keep heat out so well.
Even with AC on in the room, it’s hitting 90F causing my tent to be 93F currently with it being 98F outside.
I don’t know what to do to keep these temps under control, I have cold air duct inside the tent via intake fan and it’s grabbing air directly from in front of the ac.
Topped 4/5 of my plants just now! How are they looking?
Also replaced the water in the system and did a little bit of cleaning of the buckets.
Changed nutes to 3rd week according to AN schedule calculator.
Started using B-52 by AN also.
Will top 5th plant soon, it’s behind on nodes but that’s okay
Anybody know when a good time to defoliate would be?
I got fan leaves the size of my hand towards the bottom that dont really get any light.
I just topped the plants last night, should i wait for them to recover from that to defoliate or am i good to start taking the big lower leaves off?
They are 3 weeks old from sprout.
I was told Not until you flower.
And even at that I was hesitant to defoliate. Looks like I’m going to have a lot of tiny fluffy buds at the bottom
i guess i didn’t mean actual defoliation, but just removing the leaves at the very bottom of the plant that are getting no light.
i’d be cutting off like 2 leaves per plant.
Whenever you want. I usually tuck the ones blocking bud sites.
Just another photo update.
The drop plant is recovering after moving to different bucket in case it was the air stone.
Water level line is also half an inch lower now.
The last pic is the plant that was seriously droopy for about 6 days.
Lookin good!
Thank you good sir, your plants as well!
I may have no been posting much in your journal but I sure am watching lol
Check out my newest thread I tagged you in… it’s some of my best work
