First Real Harvest

What do you guys think this is 5 different areas of the plant. Should I chop or no?

i’m a newbie here growing my first grow but from what i have read you want there to be about a 25% amber color in there. supposedly the milky white with no amber will give you a paranoid high. the pro’s will be in here shortly though.

I don’t know the answer to your question but I know someone in here will answer. I have a question, how did you get such great pictures?

Bysameyee USB Digital Microscope 40X to 1000X, 8 LED Magnification Endoscope Camera with Carrying Case & Metal Stand, Compatible for Android Windows 7

This is what I ordered. Been using it for a while. It can be tricky, but I have become more comfortable with it than the jewelers loops and other handhelds. I would suggest splurging for the Bluetooth one that works with your phone.

here is the second one. I am chomping at the bit. I have a couple of harvests under my belt (nothing huge), but I have never asked for advice on harvest time.

I can never wait that long. I want to get right at the peak with no “couch lock”.

I have used that, I guess I just want someone to help me confirm I know what I am looking at.

You’re at the first square. If it’s a sativa you’re close to that kind of high. If it’s an indica I’d definitely wait till there were no patches of clear and 20%+ amber. You don’t want any clear either way. Just whether you want ~5% amber or over 20%

Looking at the try combs she still has some time left to keep away from the couch lock! If you want a hard hitter let her go a few weeks!

Thank you everyone!! I’ll wait a few more weeks. Getting the next batch started. I think I have my nutrient and watering schedule down.

I am looking at the pics I took today. This is one week later. By looking at the chart someone posted, would you agree that I am looking at the second or third pic down?

I apologize if some are blurry, I just want to make sure I am able to judge the trichomes correctly.

Thank you all for the help, much better than any group I have been a part of.

Depending on what kind of high you are looking for they are ready to chop now or you can give them a few more days and let the amber come through a little bit more… Darkness for 48 hours is a great thing as well. If you’re able

I just ordered the same camera, it has been working well for me as well!!!

I cut a small taste off and am going to wait until next week to chop the rest. The taste won’t be cured, but it’ll let me know. I got one more big girl left and three Blueberries on the way. Thank you all for the input.

Well, I chopped two this weekend, and am leaving the biggest for next week or later. Ended up with about 11oz wet, so not a bad haul for two autos grown in a 4ft tent. Got three Blueberry Autos going and will hopefully be able to off set growing to always be harvesting.
