So these are 2 seperate grows autoflower grandaddy purp and then ace killer og feminized in a grow room i built then transferred outside when the weather was right and got to big because i didnt top. i am new to growing honestly just went for it and trying to learn as i grow i just enjoy doing it … but some things i really just cant grasp is the nutrients/fertilizer such as when, how much, how often and really any other details i understand alot of quality comes from the things i might overlook and i just would appreciate any help my next one is banana kush feminized im just going to grow 1 plant an try and fine tune so i would also like to know how to store the remaining seeds as i bought 5 . It depends on what nutrients you are using and what grow media (soil, coco, hydro) you are using. Many experienced growers in soil or coco manage nutrients by measuring runoff PPM. PPM stands for Parts Per Million. It is a measure of the nutrient concentration of a liquid. Catch some runoff water, test for PPM, and then adjust as necessary to maintain a runoff PPM of ~1,000. Don’t worry if you are off a few hundred PPM. Precision will come with experience. Bluelab and Apera both make great meters.
Ok thank you i have been using the fox farm trio soil formula and fox farm ocean forest soil for the most part should i test this runoff weekly or this an everyday thing ?
Each feeding. You will also want to manage runoff pH if using the Trio. It can cause pH problems.
Don’t forget a cal/mag product. It is needed when using the Trio. I think some growers are now going without it, but many still do.
I use the ff trio
I follow the chart for feedings.
Water in between feedings.
Feed, water,feed,water, ect.
Just follow the published grow schedule to determine when a flush is appropriate. FF is famous for building salts in the grow medium. You’ve gotten good advice.

I need to correct this, as I was thinking of another product line where Epsom is not used with Jacks. I confused that with FF and Cal/mag.
Yes, cal/mag is necessary with the Trio.
