Does this appear to be mature?
Very pretty. But you have some time to go. At one point most of those white hairs pointing in all directions will change color and curl in. Once you get there it’s time to check trichomes closely with a loupe or microscope.
I’d say your going to see a nice amount of bud fattening as well.

Mate that looks great get ur self a microscope so u can see if the trichomes are mostly cloudy with so amber
You’ll want all of the pistils to be brown before your close.
