First grow. Ready to harvest?

Do si dos auto

Not ready for a while I think. I see white pistils there.
Need a picture of the whole plant.
How long has it been flowering?

It’s an autoflower. I started it right before Christmas. Almost every trichomes is cloudy, already. Been flowering only about 5 weeks.

You have a few weeks left atleast gauging off the trichomes and the flowering time.

Avg flowering time for a Do si do is around 63 days. Then you probably will still have some time between cloudy and amber it will swell a bunch more. Its worth the wait.

So I should wait until the trichomes start to turn amber? That’s not thc degrading to cbn?

Yes cloudy trichomes are the most potent in thc and give the headiest effects of that strain. While amber is more of a couch lock type. So for me anyway ill harvest around 10% amber giving it a nice balance. It also ensures ive let it swell to its full potential and i dont harvest too soon. Some plants can sit cloudy for weeks before amber starts showing. So harvesting as soon as its cloudy might net you 6 ounces compaired to about 9 to 14 or more waiting a couple weeks for amber to start showing. They swell a ton the last couple weeks and most people never make it that far.

Gotcha. Good to know. I was so getting ready to chop them down before I heard from all of you. I’m glad I waited. They’re beautiful now. Can’t wait to see them in a few weeks. The godfather og and gold leaf plants should also look nice by then.
