If I had only searched before I asked a dumb question about the TDS meter, I would have answered my own question. Thank you for putting up with me!
@OGIncognito I ordered all you recommended. They wont be here until Jan 3rd and the Apera said they will tell me when the PH meter will be here. Hope the cheap one I have will work for now.

Found an Apera that will be here by the 29th. What readings will I want the TDS meter to be between when i get it?
Well the more I researched the less clear it became. What readings should the TDS meter show in the reservoir or soil in Flowering Stage?
First check your water source PH and TDS (total dissolved solids) mix your nutrients and check the PPMs using the TDS meter and check the PH, adjust the PH using the PH down to 5.8 if needed.
My tap water has a PH of 7.1 and a TDS (PPMs) of 140, after adding silica and jacks on the 4/2 schedule the mix has a final PPMs of 870-900 depending on the amount of silica I use 3-5 ml per gallon and a PH of 6.4. I PH this down to 5.8 
Where do you get your silica? What does it do?
With the Blue lab TDS meter, what setting do I need to set it on or does it have a default setting already set from the factory?
I noticed it said something about a PPM 500 and a 700 setting. Which one do I set it for or dkes it come already set for the correct one?
500 scale is what everyone around here refers to. I would set it to 500 for less confusion.

Silica is a non essential plant mineral, just because it’s not essential does not mean it’s not beneficial, it’s a great product. A lot of nutrient companies make a silica additive. I use silica blast.
Is it too late to introduce silica into the mix since I am close to harvest or will it still be beneficial?
I am using 3.79/1/2.5 Jacks 321. Do you think my plants will do better on the 4/2 measurements plus add in the silica?
Do you use Jacks Nutes as well at the 4/2 measurements?
I did my first jacks run using 321. And I’m 30 days in on my second jacks run using silica. Iv been very happy with it, I’m using it in coco
