OK – I’m trying to get a grip on my flowering time. Yes, I’m a newbie and ask too many questions. When do I say, “Yep, we’re flowering?” The day I start counting?
I don’t know what others do…
I keep track of the number of days since flipping to flower schedule but I don’t use that information for anything but a rough guideline for nutrients. I don’t worry about how many days my plants have been flowering.
I’m growing autos, so no flip. I’m just trying to get a handle on schedules – that never stay on track
I have not grown autos yet but will be dropping a couple of auto seeds soon. I will start flowering nutrients about 10 days after they show pistils.
Right with you man, I always try to keep track of when I start flower I grow autos aswell, just so I can have a some what time line
I usually start “counting” when there are distinct pistil clusters or “buttons” on the tops. What you are showing in the pictures is simply showing definite sex of plant. Not quite pre-flower yet.
Shee looks to be preflower right nowwait for white hairs to appear and that to me is day 1
