Yeah, it’s funny, looks like I have plenty of room in the pics but there really wasn’t much room left to go.
I’ve got a little higher to go with the light but the shrubs really grew up to be trees

Looks fine to me. What are you using for ventilation?
Dust shrooms intake filter with a Vortex 6" fan on exhaust, nice & quiet.
Couple fans hung under the canopy and one up high to move air around the tent
Vertical growth is slowing… thankfully.
Still a little messy underneath, will probably trim more when I see what’s making it to the top and what’s not.
Not sure what happened with the Jack’s TAP bag, got about 1/2 way through it and noticed it was getting moist. Dug up from the bottom and it pulled up pretty much wet media.
Bag wasn’t left open, kept indoors so hopefully this doesn’t happen to the next one.
Fed Jack’s bloom till a new bag shows up on Tuesday.
Everything is looking great! Idk how I missed this journal. Awesome work. Set to watch.
Sucks about the wet nutrients…
Thanx, grows going without a hitch so far. Super happy with the ease and performance of Jack’s so far.
Wish I would have dumped the dry nutes in a Ziploc before I got curious went to the bottom. After one pull, I couldn’t stop and soon it was all just mush.
Bloom and Finish bags are still dry as a bone and 99.9% sure I didn’t leave the zippy open on on the TAP. I’m in SoCal, not like it gets stupid humid here and room was 50 to 60 percent in Veg and 35 to 50 in flower so I don’t know wtf happened.
Side note, figured can’t get worse, left it open in the living room to see if it would dry and it’s now like a marsh in there. Almost lake like… don’t leave your Jack’s bags open.
I will correct a comment from above while I’m here if anyone is curious about Bloom (no calcium)… it is 6.4 PH (~7.4 original tap water) before I add Mendo Cal Mag so not bad. But after 0.3ml of Mendo, it’s ~6.0. That was enough Mendo to avoid calcium def for 2 weeks though. Took about 8ml of PH up to get back to 6.5 PH though ![]()
Water day today, 5ml of silica blast and 1ml of Mendo Cal Mag. New bag of TAP shows up tomorrow.
Pulled them out and trimmed some fans and whatever was trying to start on the bottom half. Snipped a few more sucker branches that were skinny or just not making it to the top.
Couple weeks of growth, the buds are coming along and getting super sugary.
The grow has been on cruise control with Jack’s so far, nothing much that has needed to be corrected other than bumping TAP up to 5.3g when I saw a little Cal deficiency early in the grow.
Looking good!
Thanx, been a fun & no drama grow so far ![]()
Killin it man!
Beautiful work bro! Those calyx look juicy af! ![]()

The 29th is 8 of 10 weeks in flower.
Maybe should have switched to 12/12 a week or so sooner, I have fed with silica roughly weekly but the stems are having a hard time holding the buds up at this point.
A week ago I pulled the front right out first to defol a little and it pretty much flopped over. Put it back in. I think the tent is so stuffed the stems didn’t have to hold anything up, they just propped each other up. A less full tent would have made the stems work against the airflow from the fans.
Anyway, all good. One plant is a little floppy for the next ~ couple of weeks till harvest, the rest are doing well.
Switched to Jack’s Finish today, they say 2 weeks Finish then 1 week water only timing to harvest so I’m probably a week late and only getting 1 week of Finish.
Trichomes are just getting cloudy, probably 25% at this point so most likely will take the full 10 weeks of flower.
So this drying session will have an inkbird hooked up to the same small fan pulling from top of tent venting into the room. Last few drys haven’t gone a full 7 days I think because the exhaust fan was constant on and pulling too much air through the trees. Even though I kept the lung room at 60% humidity, I suspect too much airflow shortened the dry
Same as usual, a small fan at the bottom of the tent on low to keep indirect air circulating in the tent
So far inkbird has kept the tent right around set humidity and in a day or two I’ll change to 60% setting. I’ve been keeping the lung room at 55%.
