Been growing this guy since October 10. Leaves have been dying very rapidly in the last week but she’s still producing buds so I’m confused on harvest. Here are some pictures. It’s feminized blue haze.

Big fan leaves are dying off because shes focussing all her energy on those juicy nugs. No worries, very normal. She stretched good on ya eh?

Yeah- I started with a 40W and got a 260W HLG V2 RSpec a little over a month into the grow. That could be it? Someone even recommended I still up the lights next grow so I might do that

Im using two 260xls and they are great. If you top with some lst and maybe a trellis net during flower to hold the heavy branches up that will be a big help. Get that canopy as even as possible.

I’ve got 400W for a 3x3 tent and that seems to be more than enough.

You can probably grow two plants under a 260 no problem. If you want to add more light the general rule is minimum 30 watts of LED per square foot of grow space. 40 watts will get you more and denser bud. I’m using slightly over 40 watts per sq ft and am very happy with it. I’ve never had to turn my 350R over 70% to hit my target DLI. Some people even use 50+ watts per square foot. For us mere mortals 30-40 watts is good.

How many plants are you growing here? I have a 2x4 tent and I’m honestly just growing for personal benefit to say I know how- so I’m only growing one plant at a time! I’m very happy my first grow didn’t die- but I would like to focus on getting higher yield next time

@pmathes you did a great job! There are 3 girls in that photo that I harvested mid December. Im in a 4x4. You could fill your 2x4 with one plant with good training, and easily with 2.
Training your plants will become easy to you over time. Its a bit of a hurdle to get over when you are thinking youre intentionally hurting them while training, but it doesnt at all when done correctly. There are tons of threads and YouTube vids on topping, fimming, lst, supercropping, scrogging, etc.

Been using that light for 3 grows and love it. Great light for a 2x4 area.
