Drying harvest need advice

Should I use fan on drying buds even if my a/C unit keeps temp and humidity at good levels
Last harvest month ago I kept fan on 24 hours a a day not directly on buds and it dried them way too much in 3 days

My preferred method is drying the entire plants upside down as well. When conditions permit, I like the drying room to be around 60 to 64°F. For the first couple of days I let the humidity stay around 62%, then around 60% for the next couple of days, and then 58% for the rest of the way. What were your drying temp and RH? A dry should take 7 to 10 days with good air circulation at the proper levels.
