Drought before harvest?

So I’m reading that some are having trouble drying in normal times. Like more than 2 weeks. But more than that, trying to find what works in my universe, as so far I haven’t experienced this.
I’m considering waiting 3-4 days after last watering so there is at least no excess of water in the ol’ girl. Maybe i can then dry slower?
I know sounds like bro science lol, but anyone have any thoughts or experience in this area?

Have you thought about wet trimming and drying on racks. Wet trimming gets rid of a lot of material. I need to raise my humidity some to slow the dry when I wet trim…could be your solution

I determine the chop day and she gets one last watering 3 to 4 days before the chop.

Not yet had an issue with drying (but the night is young!) more so just trying to refine my process. After 3 plants in as many years I think it’s safe to say i still have a lot of growing to do. figuratively and literally :joy:

I always let them go an extra day or two before chop. Some say the extra stress of drought at the end produces more resin…idk about all that but it cant hurt.
