I had good luck at the beginning but the last few seeds didn’t do anything even using the recommended growing medium. Spent a lot of time and money for no good outcome. Sorry but no more business from me. Good luck to everyone.
Sorry bout cha luck
Not to be that guy but don’t think it’s just on the seeds
Care to share?
All same strain? Different?
Yeah, I remember you got the rudderalis special from your auto seeds. That sucks bad.
I would try photos moving forward. I have seen that ruderallis bead buds on lots of other seeds sites as well. The autos sometimes cannot be controlled unfortunately. Happy growing my friend. Look out for the purple carrots. Wish you well.
Agree with @StonedCold13 , I’ve had one issue with ILGM seeds no germing and they made it right immediately! I’ve grown their seeds for some time with only the one issue, again that was handled as well as I could ask for! I don’t know your experience level though, but as @noddykitty1 said, photos are most likely a better choice for you as you have control over what they do and when. Good luck. Also, did you contact them and explain the problem, because I’m sure they would want to make it right.
Your gripes are best addressed directly with the company, not on the forum.
They offered me more Autos but I am not interested. As far experience I have been growing for over fifty years getting just random seeds long before it was legal to grow. I still say people should leave nature alone, it knows better.
That’s the same type of response from them. No need.
No need to announce your departure
Just tuck tail and go on, you’ve dealt with your issue and are not happy
They’re not gripes, just letting people know about my experience.
Nonetheless, this ain’t the place to air your dirty laundry. The one time I had some bad seeds, ILGM made it right. You refused their replacement guarantee. That’s on you, so grow a pair and own it.
I think you said your piece (peace ha) quite gracefully. Without malice or gripe. Got the wrong tires, not that they didn’t turn. Should have got the 4 ply instead of the 2 ply. I would still stick to photos moving on. Look to a landrace bank since you are not a fan of the cutting edge hybrids either.
I would humbly suggest the durban. Bet you grown it before too gromie. Wish you well.
I might suggest that the overwhelming majority of growers using ILGM are perfectly happy and have had no issues with seeds. On the rare occasion there is a problem they’ve been good to step up.
I appreciate you informing the forum of your problem: without criticism the seed shop can’t grow. Positive and negative feedback is important. That said; a living creature is going to do it’s own thing despite every effort to control it.
That’s the kind of remarks that don’t belong on forum.
I tried to care in my first post and you didn’t bite
Every signal grower everywhere on this planet has a a bad streak or 10.
To give up on a great company over one trip-up showed me what I needed
Once again childish remarks from the peanut gallery. I refused because They did not grow even when I followed their instructions. I would have accepted Photos as a replacement but I was not offered that option. Maybe you can afford to waste money but I can not.
I can not so much so I’ve never purchased any beans
Grew bag seeds for many many years, not 51 but almost half that off and on
And sorry, I will always be a kid at heart
No one in the forum can help you. The forum is not the place for complaints about the seed shop.
You can complain here:
I guess I didn’t think about an outcome like this. I’m truly sorry I voiced my opinion in a forum with so many insulting responses.
Not that it matters now, but I don’t think @StonedCold13 was trying to bust your balls. He was just feeling out the situation since it he knew nothing about you. It was a dumb luck that I remembered your grow and your issue.
Honestly, otherwise my peanut gallery post would’ve probably been pretty similar. Without knowing anything else about you from the start.
The one issue I had, they offered to let me choose any strain of same cost, I got photos and they were great. Anyone that sells seeds will have a few failures, not to mention the ones they warranty when the grower was at fault.( not saying you are!) But to keep harping on with respected members of this community , can’t help but think you’re just trying to do some damage, wrong place bud. We are tight knit here and look after and help one another, I might suggest a couple other forums where you would fit right in…..
