Never thought about it being a photo. It is bushy. We’ll see

Or just recessive gene making it behave like photo despite having auto behavior bred into it.

@Sizzzl you can work a tablespoon or two of powdered garden lime into top of your pots to help buffer ph some. It will take some time but should help in the long run.

It’s a lot bigger than the others so I’m going with photoperiod plant. Let it grow. Let it grow.

Should I put it in the dark for a period of time ?? I have them on 17/7 light schedule.

If you want to flip it you reduce lighting to 12 hours of light and 12 of dark and keep it that way until the end of flowering. After 2 weeks it will start to flower if it’s a photoperiod plant. However, it might not be old enough if it is a photoperiod as they need to be at least 2 months old and normally 3 months is a better age to flip them.

I would give it another month with the same lighting schedule it has now (17 hours a day) and if it hasn’t started flowering then it’s a photoperiod and you will need a second tent to make it flower or reduce the light in its current tent and lose some flowers you currently have on the autos. You won’t actually lose the flowers but the end result will be a smaller harvest than if you leave the lights on 17 hours a day.

If you don’t have a second tent and it is a photoperiod, leave it until the autos have finished and then flip it. That way you get the maximum yield from the autos and then you can leave the photoperiod plant in the tent and run a 12/12 schedule to get it to flower.

I was thinking about putting it in the closet (dark) at 6 pm every night. Back in the tent at 6 am ??

It is 8 weeks old. How long will I have to give it 12 hours of darkness to get it to flower ??

Noddykitty1 any thoughts ?

That would work too.

They start to show tiny flowers 2 weeks after they are flipped to a 12/12 light schedule.

Sorry I would have responded sooner but haven’t been on for a bit.
