A question from a fellow grower:
I was hoping you could answer a question for me…do I need to prune my plants to get them to bush out? I am a first time grower and I have six plants that germinated out of ten seeds from Denmark. A Mystic and five White Widows. Here is a photo that I took this afternoon. I appreciate your help.\
Topping and training can help get your plants to “bush out”. But it looks like your plants are thin and lanky, probably because you don’t have intense enough light. You probably need to get better, or more light.

Read the grow guides here it explains its very well. And yup you need to lower your lights or get more. Like Mac said.

Your plants are kind of spindly. Lack of light intensity is the cause. No need to prune, but perhaps MacG has a good idea. Topping the plant it will allow it to bush up a bit.
I found that my first couple grows were like that, the light is too far away and the plants stretch to reach it.
