Okay got it
I wouldnt skip micros, and sure wouldnāt stop cal mag. I would probably go in at 7.0 on your next feed, at 5.8 in soil your already locking some nutes out, it will only get worse if you donāt get it in line. You could scratch one rounded teaspoon of fine ground dolomite lime into the top of your soil to help bring it back to 6.5. Ph higher next water and see what the runoff does.
Thank you doc. Next time Iāll remember to ph runoff numbers
So next time ph water to 7.0 then check runoffs ppms and ph
Correct, come back here and post and weāll see where you are .
What are your recommendations on temps and humidity?
In flower, 76-80 degrees and 45 - 50 percent
I just got a thermometer today and itās currently reading 79.2 F and RH 88%
Gotta get that humidity down in flower, bud rot will show up if not. Also keep fans on and lots of air moving.
I have one oscillating fan but I know itās not enough air. Do you think a inline fan is necessary? Does it help with airflow and keeping humidity down?
Definitely does. I run a 6 inch in both rooms, intake is thru a carbon filter, exhaust to outside.
The inline is for air exchange, you still need oscillating fans in there as well.
Yes I agree. Iāma get one more fan and inline fan soon. Keep the airflow going in, I opened the tent one day and there was even water droplets on the tent and leaves from so much humidity after watering
I also have 3 Autoflowers and 1 Photoperiod
Is purified drinking water good for plants?
Itās fine to give occasionally but if using all time, youāll need cal mag in it as thereās no bicarbonate in pure water, so you couldnāt ph it, although pure water will take on the ph of the media. For changing ph, you would definitely have to add to it.
Which water do you use?
Well water
@OldNailPounder If ppms are at around 640 and I want to raise it to 1100 how much ppms would my next feed have to be?
