Distressed Plant?

I usually buy the one gallon. And I take the tip off of it and the water comes out perfectly without any tip

Okay. Putting the 2 gal back and getting the one Gal lol

I have a 1 & 2 gal. I find the 1 gal much simpler as I use 3 gal pots and 1 gal gives me 2 cups runoff

How are they looking so far? That’s this morning

They look good, and hungry for Cal Mag

Did you ever get runoff numbers of your PPM and pH?

Once the soil gets dry then I’ll get those numbers but It’s not time to water them yet

looks mag light.

It could be since I was watering with distilled water. I was adding Cal Mag but maybe not enough

I bet you are just fine on calcium. A little Epsom salt, pure horticulture, is not going to hurt at all. Can only help. Top dress in 1 tblspn or so is what i suggest and keep on trucking. Will take a few days to a week to see a change but new growth will show it. I do not see hard calcium spots yet but the calcium and mag probs tend to go hand in hand. This is a non invasive repair. if doesn’t fix it can look deeper with no damage or loss. VERIFY PH going in after nute mix.

My PH was 6.5 last feed. I’m in 50/50 Happy Frog and Ocean Forest Soil

When do you usually start LST on Autoflowers?

Normally when there about 4 inches tall. A slight bend. Tie it off or stake it down. As it grows and accumulates branches I tie them off by opening them up as well

Is her stretch over? She would definitely benefit from a lollipopping as well.

For the record, it’s always good to take pictures outside of the tent as it’s not under the lighting. I remember once before you had extreme yellowing and as soon as you took it out of the tent with another picture it was a beautiful green. Combination of phone cameras and LED lighting can really make a picture manipulate what’s going on (or what’s not going on)

I agree with storm your plant looks extremely yellow and would benefit from some plain unscented Epsom salt to darken them leaves up (from the picture I see)

This is your plant outside of the tent just 5 days ago .

I’m not sure how much of a stretch is left but they are 5 weeks old now today. They poked there heads out March 28th. When and How should I start lollipopping and yes I agree from here out to take pics with the plants being out of there tent

Being 5 weeks in she’s probably still in her stretch just entering flower stage. Typically it’s the first couple few weeks of flower that she’ll stretch. You’ll know when she’s finished (she’ll stop getting tall)

Lollipopping should be done right after the stretch. We don’t want to interrupt the stretch and we don’t want to go too far past the stretch before a lollipopping.

Lollipopping is removing the leaves, and Bud sites (not branches) of the bottom third of the plant that aren’t going to do anything but use energy up. I’d give it another week or two. She could definitely use some good air flow.

This would be a perfect opportunity to watch some YouTube videos and/or read some forum information on lollipopping and Low stress training. The fact that you have not done any LST this would be the good time to start some. (Should have been done a long time ago) But this is your first grow and it’s okay.

The most important thing for you right now is to get some numbers on your runoff to find out where you stand in your soil and to confirm you’re yellowing issue is actually yellow and not the lighting so it can be addressed.

A storm said, it’s not going to hurt anything adding the Epsom salt for your magnesium shot.

I agree I need some airflow in there rn. Alot of leaves everywhere and I have Cal Mag or do you recommend still adding epsom salt?

I’m planning on feeding them either today or tommorow now. It’s been 6 days since I last watered and there feeling light now

This is what I would do…

First off, add 2 mil of Cal mag per gallon to your water mix well then mix up all your nutrients. Be sure you mix enough solution/feed to get at least two cups of runoff. PH to 6.5 and set the mixture aside. Now take your PPM meter shake/mix your feed well and measure the ppms of your feet. Write it down I’ll ask for it later. Now set the feed aside.

Next you’re going to take regular unscented Epsom salt and measure 1-1/2 teaspoons (approximately 7.5 grams) and set it aside

You’re going to get a tape measure and measure from your stem out 4"inches. Now draw a 4"inch circle all the way around the stem with your finger. This is the do not cross line do not put any Epsom salt in this circle.

Very gently and evenly sprinkles the 1-1/2 teaspoons throughout the remainder of the soil. Once done simply take your fingers and work the salt into the soil about 1/2 inch until the salt disappears.

Now you’re going to feed your plant as normal with the premixed nutrients you just made a few minutes ago.

Once your plant has ran off the two cups of water I want you to measure both the pH and the PPM of that water, document it, and post those numbers both intake and run off and tag me in your post.

It’s that simple

Couple of questions.
.) How much Cal mag do you usually add to your feed?

2.) what is the PPM measurement of just your tap water?
