Update on refrigerator drying

I can’t speak for @plumbdand s method, but the way I cure is I haven’t, dry, then cure in a repurposed wine chiller. Once dried I trim and put them in my wine cooler set to 66*f with a 62% boveda humidity pack in the bottom.
