Cutting tools for harvest?

Just wondering, what tools do you use to cut the main stem at harvest?

I use a pair of Cutters called Ronan multi cut rubber cutter. will cut through the stalk like butter. I also use it to remove limbs from the plant at the end.

I use a machete,it cuts down trees.
