Cool customer service story

First time grower, first time peruser of seed banks as well. I looked through billions of seeds before some positive reviews led me to ILGM. I placed an order for the 10+10 fem seeds, and was super excited. Upon confirmation of payment, they sent me an email, thanking me for the order, and wishing me well on my journey. Well, I emailed back saying thanks, and just got to chit chatting with the person, and during the conversation I casually mentioned that I had actually wanted the autoflower seeds, but would make another order to get those instead. The next reply I got was them telling me they had replaced the fem seeds with autoflowers, and would be shipped later that day. Also, they wouldn’t charge me the difference in price, even when I inquired about it. For a complete beginner to come in and have that type of experience really says a lot about this company. You definitely made a lifelong customer that day, and made me, the little guy, feel big and important to you. Thanks ILGM!

Great story!

Their money back guarantee (which I’ve never had to use even with 3 orders) is what sold me on their character as a company.

ILGM will be the only place I go for both seeds… and advice…from this great forum.

Agreed. I haven’t used any other seed bank, but my experience here was so top notch on the very first order, I don’t see how I could go anywhere else and be as impressed. People complain about the prices, but to me good genetics plus outstanding customer service, plus an amazing forum of experienced growers to keep me out of trouble, is more than worth whatever the cost is.

Glad you had a good experience. Most do. There will always be outliers where there are issues but ilgm will do what they can to fix the problem. If you’ve ever been in customer service you will know that it’s impossible to satisfy every customer. Some just have impossible demands.

Until Amazon snatched us and retirement hit me Whole Foods was expensive and full of crap but customer service was TOP. Have an issue…here take a refund another or something else. No questions.

You gotta remember they get 100s maybe 1000s with photos of these seeds per plant. If they have so many why aren’t they selling them 10 packs for 20$ and that’s because they have to establish a value for a specific strains genetics. So to maximize your happiness and desire to buy more genetics without spending much on replacement seed sellers would be wise to replace. Its pretty much the same reason i charge my friends 1/4 what dispensaries cost , it reduces the chance of being taken advantage of while sharing what i have an over abundance of.

Just want to add I’m a huge fan of the customer service, had some issues with some BB autos seeds, and they sent me replacements. Both people I emailed were amazing, and this forum is the only way I could have gotten as far as I have. ILGMA might not have all the strains I want to try, But I’ll never order from anywhere but ILGMA can’t say enough of things

I placed my first order with ILGM last year and one so far this year. And no problems whatsoever. Last year I tried Blueberry Headband and I can’t say enough about this strain, If you’re trying to hide it outdoors, this isn’t the plant for you. Mine got 10 feet tall and I averaged 5 one gallon glass jars from each plant. This year, if all goes well, I should have about 25 gallons. Earlier this year Blueberry Headband was out of stock so I tried another company True North seed company out of Canada. They took me for $155 and no seeds. But with ILGM, you get your seeds. I can’t say it enough. You can trust ILGM, this is a legitimate seed company. I give you my word on it. You pay for your seeds and you get your seeds. This is a 10 star company. This is my seed company for life. They’ve earned my respect, Not only does Robert love marijuana, he loves it when YOU grow marijuana so he ensures you get your seeds. For me it was all about this company, from halfway across the world, went out of their way for me. The little guy. The littlest of the little guys. I’m just a nobody, first time buyer, had no experience whatsoever, and was only buying 20 seeds, (10+10) but they went out of their way, without being asked, to completely satisfy my order. That’s above and beyond, and not the kind of service you see anywhere anymore, let alone an international seed bank.

When I asked around a grower I knew how to get good seeds, ILGM was what he recommend to me immediately. I had to write it down because I didn’t know you could even get them like this.
