I am deff going to try it this time, I want to top a few of my plants any way, and do it like you did, when I clean up the bottoms. I don’t care about how many plants I have, I can’t have one really. I have cloned a lot before, and I have good root Tec clone gel that comes with my nutrients for free. I am just going to take like 20 clones, I normally used to get about 90% of them to root, and then put them in solo cups. I was thinking to try and just get one like 1/4 oz top bud off of each one. Those ones in that pot didn’t look to bad, if hey just got cleaned up a little on the bottom. I deff get not doing it if you can only have 5 plants though. I would grow 5 monsters if that was the case. Lol thanks for the info though.

I guess my point is with limited space in the grow room or maxing out the coverage of your lights you will end up with a better yield with new plants. But, I had to give it a shot to find out, I can understand if you want to also. Good luck!

Yea, I mean for like 10 bucks for a clone dome, which I need any way, is all I had to spend. And I just started 15 new auto seeds this week so we will see. I also just build a 4x7 room on top of the 3x4 room I have built out already, so I have room. I didn’t do much with the autos I have going now, but the few I tied down or topped Deff have more main colas than the ones I just let grow, so I am going to do a lot more training this time.
Here are the 15 plants I have in a 3x4 area now, it’s tight lol. I didn’t think all of the seeds but 2 would pop.
