Thats an awful lot of work and money for clones just take your cutting dip it in powder or gell put in peetmoss or compost keep wet, no lights needed just a window seal or set them out in the shade one week you will have roots

In my experience they will root the fastest when the stems aren’t in solution but are splashed by the movement of solution.

Setup looks good to me. You didn’t mention air stones in your setup.
Takes about 10 days before I start to worry.
Best practice is like @dbrn32 is saying, keeping the tips just above water so plenty of O2 can get to them. This allows a callous to form and seal the cut more better.

I use clone king with 100% success rate. Take cutting off mother plant cut stem at 45 degree angle dip in clonex rooting gel . Trim tips of fan leaves . Do not have the stem in the clone king water the machine sprays water up to the clones to create roots. Add clonex solution to water ph 5.8 I change my water about 10 days in. I use Vivosun light just little cheap thing I run it at 25% at 18” . I’ve ran both 18/6 and 24 really just depends on preference as both have been successful. I also use pole clip on fan oscillating on low just for air movement.

For a clone king 36, i use 4 gals RO water, 25ml of Clear Rez and 80ml of Clonex Clone Solution, ph at 5.6. Temp at 77 to 80 degrees. Humidity at 60% or higher.
110 to 120ppfd, the light is all the way at the top of the 2x2x4 grow tent and a small fan to circulate the air. I dip the stems into clonex gel (the purple one) and i make sure there are at least 3 to 4 nodes on the clone. I use tap water to spray the leaves twice a day at least.
I ususally get 100% success rate with this setup

The work is worth it. Ive tried your method and only 50% or less survive and it takes like 3 to 5 times as long to get roots. Ive gotten roots about a foot and a half to 2 feet long in 3 to 4 weeks! Can probably put them into soil or rockwool much sooner then that. Aeroponic cloners do a much better job much faster! Its worth it to me.
I forgot to add, i dont trim the leaves. I know some do but for me it seems like it just stresses the clones out. Not really needed unless you have huge fan leaves.

Huge love for my clone King unit. I went from little to no success to 100% success with the Clone King. I started doubling up the plants in the neoprene collars. last time I got 60 out of 64 cuttings with strong roots. No joke that thing will help make you an expert cloner. Your friends and neighbors will love you. lol
