Say I made the perfect batch of nutes, can I burn one plant out of the bunch if I put to much in that one plant ? With the rest being fine ?Complete noob question I’m sure but I can’t find answer online. So I turn to the pros lol
Yes you can burn one and not the others. Some plants, even of the same strain, can all have different amounts of nutrients they can absorb before seeing nutrient burn
Ok makes sense. I dumped to much in one plant forsure then. I figured I was doing it good haha. Lights been out for an hour, should I open the tent and flush the one plant ?
No don’t do that. Can you take some pics and post them? Are you seeing a lot of burn or issues? That’s the only time I flush…
Go in with straight PhD water the next two times for that plant and see how she responds
I’m measure out amounts for each plant next time
I would also check ph and Ppm of runnoff on the plant with a issue that will give you a base to work off of
@MattyBear has you covered tho
Picture didn’t upload. Make sure it’s 100% loaded before pushing reply and see it that works
Now it worked. Just a little bit of nutrient burn. Like I said above, give only ph’d water to that plant the next two times you water and hold off on the nutrients. Water to runoff and check the ppm and ph coming out
Thank you for all your help and info. What an amazing place to talk to knowledgeable people that show respect to us newbies.
So say I made 2 litres of nutes, how to I figure how much to feed into my 2 gallon pots ? Using root farm
The amount you give will change as they get further along. I would follow the nutrient manufacturers guidelines for the amount to feed because I’m not familiar with that brand
I agree it’s always best to follow mfg mixing chart for given period /week
Based on the plants reaction you can always adjust I’ll feed once a week in most cases and that breaks down to water feed water feed with time to dry out in between
Just follow mixing chart do follow feeding schedule some mfg will have you feeding twice or more per week which in most case will be to much for the plants
When feed alway feed until you get run off about 20% is good and check ph and ppm
This will help you gauge uptake and ensure ph says in proper range
Water until run off as well
Thank u so much guys
Hi I’m new to this. I don’t know the strain but think it’s gorilla glue. It’s in normal soil with a bit of compost, it last had feed three months ago. It just has water everyday n in natural sun. The trichomes are milky so I read I should now flush. Or flood? But won’t that kill it? It’s about two weeks to go and I did put lots more water through till it was dripping out a lot this morning. Am I ok or killing it
