I was wondering if I should spray my plant every day with it any advice?
When I see the little webs or leaf bites, I usually will spray in the evening every 3-5 days, until it clears up…not sure if it’s the right way, but it’s what I’m doing lol

I would just go with the recommended amount on the bottle to prevent any issues to the plant. What those could be I’m not sure but just to be safe.
Says every 7 days for heavy infestations so everyday is overkill
If I need it, I spray every 3 days for two weeks. That will break the egg cycle of any cannabis pest. 1.5 tbls to a gallon of water.

Some spray it for 3-4 days then stop for a day or two then spary 3 to 4 days and repeat until it clears up. Captain jacks kills most bugs but doesn’t kill russet mites, grasshoppers or aphids even though aphids are listed on the bottle.
I spay them every three days alternating between Crop Defender and Capatian Jacks through the whole grow…I throw neem oil in sometimes during veg.
