I have 2 NL autos in a paper towel waiting to pop and two 5 gal sacks with pre-watered Happy Frog potting soil waiting to accept them. Since these are autos and transplanting is not recommended, is the HF soil ok to use?
Happy Frog works for sure. I’m using it now on a few plants. I’d go right into your forever pot with autos and avoid transplanting and possible shock.
Happy Frog works great for seedlings. I always start mine in it.

I also used happy frog for the base of the supersoil I built as well and they loved it
