Nutrient deficiency caused by the flowering. When the plant flowers it sucks up more nutrients to produce flowers. If there’s not enough nutrients you get leaf spots and yellow leaves.

Use a liquid fertilizer each day for a week to get it back on track and then go back to normal feeds. If you don’t want to do it daily, at least do it every second day.

Make sure the fertilizer has calcium, magnesium and iron in too.

Your fertilizer solution should have a pH between 6.0 and 7.0 so the plant can take up all the nutrients.
