Took a bust for 1.3g ,3 months prior to legalized weed. A money grab at its finest. Oakland County, MI. 63yrs old, not smoking while driving. Total bs. Spoke out in court. Quoted real facts, judge not happy with that. She could not refute my data, spectators were enjoying it. Gonna pay a fine, gonna speak my mind! R

My county Sheriff got a helicopter a couple years ago to peek into people’s backyards for pot plants, no more outdoor growing for me til it’s legal or I move to a legal state.
They keep wasting money on the war on drugs, that they’ve already lost, just brilliant. Local cops are saying they need to spend a few hundred thousand dollars on lab machines to test weed to see if it’s CBD or THC as a lot of people busted these days are saying it’s CBD and the county has no way to actually test it, how about just legalize it and not waste the freaking money on crap you don’t need???

If we’d take that money and put it to good use we could eliminate hunger and help control the mental illness that goes neglected and untreated in this country. Not to mention fully fund under funded schools!!

Had a friend of mine get raided because he cleared out a half acre plot for a garden. Planted 3 dozen tomatoes and they spotted it from a chopper. Cops everywhere, shears in hand - came back really embarrassed!!! Next year, he bought 10 fake, plastic pot plants 48" tall. “Planted” them right in middle of his tomatoes. Got raided again and he just laughed at them and tossed them the key to the lock to drive in there. They came back very upset…

When it goes legal, buy a local grow shop. My local guy is killing it. Yeah sure amazon is good for things but when you need it NOW you can’t touch Amazon. I always get my mediums from him and my fishshit lots of old timers or new growers get stuff from him and now the microgreen buisneses is taking off so they buy a ton of stuff from him.
He’s smart he did a bunch of the leg work to become a registered distributor of top products like AN, Autopots, he’s one of the very few in Canada that seems to carry fox farms. Yeah he’s doing well keeps his website updated and lots of rural people order a ton of stuff and then just come pickit up.
I’m kinda jelly lol, I always try and get a couple thing off him once and a while because he’s such a nice dude and always has free samples of stuff promos and contests. I should tell him to get rain science bags in. He just got grove bags in! He’s now a distributor so I don’t have to pay shipping!

They have the medical side to leverage and some big name companies are ready to pull the trigger…but I think the lawmakers have to figure out the details…probably will drag their feet for a year or so. Hopefully growing and possession will be allowed day 1.
