(These are simply my opinions)
- PH should be closer to the 6.2-6.5 area. This will allow the roots to suck up the majority of the beneficial nutrients in the soil.
- I’m alittle concerned with the process of making the compost tea. I would think this would allow the solution to get to hot in certain areas and may cause a few more problems. Kinda makes me think of a slurry rather than a brewed tea.
- The video in this link has some good information of different forms of Nitrogen in the soils. This may be the leading factor to the Ammonia smell.
Feed the soil that feeds the plants!
