Have anyone seen this? I read other posts and they have black bugs and centipede like bugs, but not these. What can I do, or do I need to scap and start over?
Spider mites. Advanced infestation. Captain Jack’s Dead Bug, neem oil and beneficial insects should be used as a prophylactic all thorough your grow. Stop using neem oil (or any oils based product) after your plant goes into flower.
You can try to do something with this plant, but plan your next grow with pest control in mind. I use nematodes in my soil, mosquito bits in my water and copious applications of CJDB.
I don’t see how you would ever remove all that webbing.
Flame thrower will work nicely to get rid of the webbing, won’t be much plant left after though.
I would trash the plants, completely sterilize the grow space and start over after all signs of spider mites are gone.
I’m with @Hellraiser on this one. This plant would be gone and sterilise the entire grow area if I had this happen.
What do you guys use to sterilize the grow area?
Bleach, alcohal, water, seven dust?
What do you mean by CJDB ( PLEASE I’M A NEWBY) This was my first plant.
Acronym / Slang
Amazon for the Concentrate and a 1/2gal pump sprayer is your new best friend.
Welcome to the community Biggs. Sorry your first go landed you there. Good luck
Honestly I would get strait 91% alcohol spray everything down soaked with that from the top down clean dray then I’d hit it with another spray and a good clean towel. Alcohol will kill off anything in its path and sterilize it clean it evaporates also so should not stay wet for long won’t harm the fabric corners of tent by getting them moldy from being wet. Good luck welcome to ilgm.
