Bugs on outdoor plants

Hey ILGM posse,

Does anyone know what these bugs are on my photos? There are not many, like 3 or 4 on each plant, but that’s just the ones I could see on the underside of the leaves. They look like gnats to me. I sprayed neem oil on the plants a few days ago to try to get rid of them. Are these things a threat?

Anything that moves on cannabis leaves is a threat. Except for known predators. Lady bugs, mantis, etc.

Very last pic looks like I can see a couple Aphids but hard to tell without magnification.
