I am not a bug guy or grow outside. I think they are aphids.

Check the article and its recommendations.
You do need to get rid of them. And do not let your indoor plants be infested by taking them outside (including houseplants).

@beardless is correct, its aphids. And a few flys of some sort, may want to add some Mosquito bits to the soil in case of future fly larvae.
Just about any pesticide will work if you have any on hand. Anything thats ok for food crops is ok for cannabis most all ways…
Dicks dead bug, 7dust to name a couple. Idk much about organic methods if you don’t like the “chemicals” but seeing as they not in flower you got a wide range of options for pesticides…

Jack’s Dead Bug is spinosad. The bottle says “For Organic Gardening” @1HappyPappy

So, first you can spray most of the aphids off with plain old water. They are horrible climbers (and lazy) and that will rid the plants of most of them. Let the leave dry and hit them with Captn Jacks Dead Bug or any pesticide with Spinosad.

Thanks everyone i believe i tiok care of the issue apparently after troubleshooting and alot of reading the anphids infestation was being caused by stress sue to poor soil so i switch everything to 5 gallon buckets with more drainage and i see the results intantly
